The Cobblestone HOA is managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" for 2012 are as follows: 2 bedroom Rancher $244, Betsy Ross $257, Phase IV Paul Revere $262, Phases I-III Paul Revere $278 and the 3 Bedroom Rancher, $279. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 10th of the month, when a $10.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December.

Board Meetings are normally held on the 4th Monday of the month at 5:00 PM at the Cheyenne Mountain Elementary School (Jan-Sept) with the Annual in October. There are no meetings in November or December. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
